Senior citizens no longer look upon shacking up in an exclusive facility made for their needs as a sad happening or a let down by their children but view the upcoming retirement homes as dignified spaces for their autumnal years where support systems are provided at a cost. Senior citizens appeared to be lot more in grip with the reality, of children no longer being able to provide elder care. Thronging crowds at the Retirement India venues are a testimony to homes for the retired having arrived in India too with no negative imageries of the bygone years. Exploiting this opportunity, many have ventured into the business of Geriatric Care Homes setup with the sole motive of making money. We have seen many such dismal homes where the senior citizens are dumped by their busy children and never care to return to have a look on their welfare. These people who have got many ailments and prone to home accidents, are never given proper medicine or treated to be cured.

It is the aim of Crescent Geriatric Care to provide an opportunity to those dependent Senior Citizens to live with dignity and their daily healthcare needs properly addressed. We ensure that the inmates should feel home as much as possible. We provide Nutritious and adequate food with individual health considerations, good accommodation and Psycho- Social recreation opportunities. Bed ridden old age people who need constant medical care and feeding are taken good care of. We take special care in personal hygiene and comfortable bed and linen.

Geriatric Section is functioning with exclusive 50 beds intake capacity. The section undertake complete responsibility of senior citizens and rehabilitate them in a homely atmosphere with good nursing care and help them to live a healthy social retirement life.
