Application and Admission Procedure.

Admission procedure to School of Nursing stars on June- July month every year, soon after the Pluys Two results are published.

Application forms are available at the office on payment of Rs 200/- by cash. For sending the form by post / courier, Rs 225 shall be sent by MO/DD specifying in the MO/DD “ Cost of Application from for GNM Course”. The last date for receiving application will be intimated from office every respective year. (Note: the fee for application Form may change without notice, please confirm from the office before sending MO/DD)

Duly filled application forms will be scrutinized for relevant certificates before call for interview. Candidates must submit the following certificates / Documents along with Application form.

1. Attested copies of front page and mark list of SSLC & Plus Two/ equivalent examination.

2. TC & CC from Institution last studied.

3. 2 recent Passport size color photos.

4. Any documents for Reservation.

Originals of all documents should be produced during interview.

Short listed candidates will be called for Interview.

Selected candidates will be intimated by Post and candidates must pay the fees at the time of taking admission. Fees will be decided by the Government authorities every year.
