NOTICE is hereby given that the 27th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Crescent Medical Centre Limited will be held through Video Conferencing, on Saturday, the 26th September, 2020 at 11:00 A.M (through Zoom Meeting App) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circular No. 14/2020, 17/2020 and 20/2020 dated 8th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 5th May, 2020, respectively.
